Here are the present conditions for Conewago Creek March 9, 2010 Water Level is good.Melting snow has the stream in excellent shape. Brook Water Trout will be stocked on March 26th.

Turbidity: Stream is Clear
Volume is mid season level
Insect Activity: Some Stoneflies (Little Black size 14) in some sections; Midges size 18-24 in brown, tan and also cream; look for some early season Black Quills (size 14) in the upper sections of the stream. Blue Winged Olives size 14 are coming off on some sections.
